Vender Details and Costs

Available Product(s) Items

Cost: $300 or $450 (depending on the booth size) for the entire event
Set-Up Time: April 18, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Opening Time: All vendors must be ready to open their booths by 3:00 PM on April 18.
Tear Down: April 20, 12:00 PM. No one is to tear down earlier

Your fee includes your booth space for the April 18-20, 2025 event in Sedona.

Refund Policy Disclosure

All sales are final after April 1st – no refunds will be issued for any reason.

A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made before April 1st. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before this date.
