Opening Ceremony

3:33pm

This opening ceremony will not only honor the cultural and spiritual dimensions of the festival but also actively involve participants, creating a foundation of mindfulness and respect for the days to come.

Cynthia Oilvera, known for her deep spiritual insights and healing practices, will guide attendees  on connecting with the earth’s energy, promoting peace and presence at the start of the festival.

Cultural Invocation by Uqualla: A traditional blessing to honor the land and its ancestral roots, invoking a spirit of respect and harmony with nature. Uqualla, a respected spiritual leader and healer, will lead this invocation, incorporating native languages and rituals to set a sacred tone.

Join June Arballo right after the opening ceremony for a Fireside Intentional Circle. While still enveloped in our ceremonial energy, we’ll gather at the Grandmother firepit on the lawn to set our intentions.
