Join our dedicated team of volunteers to experience the magic of the Earth Medicine Festival ™ from behind the scenes. Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment are vital in bringing this transformative event to life, and we invite you to be part of the fun!
Why Volunteer? Volunteering is not only a vital part of making the festival a success, but it’s also a rewarding and enjoyable experience. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the festival, from greeting guests to supporting production, while also having access to the event itself.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks, including greeting, parking, set-up, clean-up, production, and staff support.
- Wear your volunteer t-shirt during your shift and keep it as a souvenir.
- Commit to a 5-hour shift on either Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Important Note: Your commitment to your volunteer shift is crucial to the festival’s smooth operation. Please honor your commitment and show up for your scheduled shift. Failure to do so not only disrupts the flow of the event but also impacts your fellow volunteers, who may need to cover for you.
